We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Right of withdrawal

Under Spanish consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, with no justification needed. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the last item in your order arrives.

To exercise this right, let us know at hello@mintmark.studio before the 14 days are up. A short message is enough — no forms required, though you're welcome to use the official withdrawal template if you prefer.

How to return

  1. Write to us at hello@mintmark.studio within 14 days of delivery
  2. We'll send you return instructions and the return address
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship them back within 14 days of notifying us

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if items show signs of use beyond what's necessary to inspect them.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover everything — just send us a photo at hello@mintmark.studio within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

We refund the full product amount, including the original shipping cost you paid.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. It's faster for everyone.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, or if a piece develops a fault under normal use, Spanish law protects you with a three-year legal guarantee. Write to us at hello@mintmark.studio with a photo and order number, and we'll replace, repair, or refund — your choice.

Items not eligible for return

  • Items that have been used beyond inspection
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Custom or personalised orders (we don't offer these yet, but noting for the future)
